Comgate's Temporary Internet packages offer the solution! The solutions have been specially put together for anyone who wants to temporarily rent a fast internet connection in the Netherlands or Europe and cannot afford downtime. Within just 48 hours you can have an unlimited temporary internet connection at your location. Also ideal if you are in a location where the local (WiFi) internet connection leaves something to be desired.
We offer three variants to be online immediately; a NL and an EU variant. But if you need a redundant solution with a fixed IP address, we also have the Temporary Internet Premium package. All packages are in combination with a 4G or 5G router that can build a super-fast WiFi connection to process data for all employees, including VoIP telephony, uploading and downloading cloud files and sending print jobs over the network.

The Temporary Internet Premium package is redundant with two SIM cards: Comgate Really Unlimited from KPN IoT and a Back-up SIM from T-Mobile. The “Comgate 4G/5G Echt Unlimited NL” is a managed M2M/IoT data subscription and offers carefree access to the KPN mobile network in the Netherlands. And offers the highest data speed available in the Netherlands, without a daily limit*. The connectivity includes a fixed IP address.
The Temporary Internet Premium package includes a router with a dual SIM. This allows the router to automatically switch to another internet connection if the main connection fails. As soon as the main connection is functioning again, the router switches back to it as soon as possible, this is called fallback. Since the package comes with a fixed IP address, it can be configured for a firewall just like a traditional Internet connection, if one is present. Should the primary KPN connection with a fixed IP address fail, the connection on the T-Mobile network will be continued by means of a public dynamic IP address.

When ordering, you pay 1 month's rent in advance and a deposit of 150 euros. If you return the package undamaged and on time, you will receive the deposit back. On time means no later than 14 days after the end of the agreed rental period. You cancel the subscription in writing, no later than 4 working days before the end of the calendar month.
The termination date of a Temporary Internet package is always the last day of a calendar month. On the invoice that you will receive afterwards, you will find the (proportionate) subscription costs per calendar month and your advance payment.

As soon as our RMA department has checked your package, you will receive the deposit within 7 working days. If parts from the package are damaged, you will receive an overview of the costs from us. This amount is deducted from the deposit.
Please return the package in time: no later than 2 weeks after the end of the agreed rental period. Example: You order a Temporary Internet package on 15 April. If you want to cancel the package as of June 30, you must cancel the package no later than June 25. You also ensure that the package is returned to us no later than July 14th
If you rent for more than 1 month, we will collect the rent by direct debit.
