Support employee IoT

As an IoT Support Employee you are an important link in the service provision, accessibility and communication with our partners, resellers and customers. You primarily provide support for the products and services provided in the field of 4G/5G mobile networking and M2M/IoT connectivity. In addition, you are involved in pre-sales activities and are an integral part of projects from a technical point of view. You are accurate, customer-oriented, like to tackle and have an affinity with IT, IoT and new technologies such as 5G.

From your technical expertise you know how to promote sales through solid technical support and advice towards employees, resellers and their customers. You can also help our resellers with the most common technical and application questions in the field of 4G/5G and IoT. You are the proverbial source of information, the product specialist, both for the customers and for the other employees of Comgate & sister company Capestone. You think in terms of technical, but also where necessary commercial solutions and you know how to translate customer problems into sales of various products from the Comgate & Capestone portfolio.

Activities and tasks

  • You provide telephone and remote technical support & advice.
  • You manage various cloud management portals of our vendors.
  • Configuring routers & SIM cards within the Comgate & Capestone Solutions portfolio.

What do we expect from you

  • You have a completed MBO education
  • You are eager to learn and take initiative.
  • You like structure and you can work process-oriented.
  • You have an affinity with IT, Telecom, AI and/or new technologies such as 5G
  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English language – German is a plus.
